MovieScore Media has released a soundtrack album for the documentary Speer Goes to Hollywood. The album features the film’s original music composed by Frank Ilfman (Big Bad Wolves, Ghost Stories, The Etruscan Smile, Gunpowder Milkshake). Speer Goes to Hollywood is directed by Vanessa Lapa and focuses on Albert Speer, the highest-ranking Nazi in Nuremberg to be spared the death sentence, and one of Hitler’s closest confidants and his chief architect. The movie meets its protagonist in 1971, while Speer was working on a screenplay for Paramount Pictures, based on his bestselling wartime memoir Inside the Third Reich. The documentary premiered at this year’s Berlin Film Festival and is currently awaiting a release date.
